Handmade, limited edition linocut inspired by the textures and colours of rockpools.

This is an original linocut, handprinted from my home workshop in North Devon. It is a two block, ten-layer reduction print - which is a method of printmaking where only one block of lino is used to print from. You cut away more from the block each time and then print on top of the previous colour.

Please note, I have tried my best to photograph the artwork in such a way that its true colours come across, but please be aware that colour will vary slightly from screen to screen. Also, since this work is handprinted, there are natural variances and minor imperfections in each print, which adds to the handmade charm and unique nature of the linocut.
